Communications:  Consistent communication with our clients, client boards, and their members occurs through letters, emails, newsletters, reports, and various designed pieces.  We maintain bulk mailing permits for many clients and can assemble multi-piece mailings for effective communication.
Event Planning:  Our experience with arranging outstanding events gives our clients the assurance they and their members will receive first class occasions.  We specialize in conferences, conventions, banquets, fundraising auctions, charter tours, workshops, concerts and meetings.
Lobbying:  AMG provides legislative monitoring and reporting of Idaho legislative activities (usually January-March), and is involved in committee testimony and legislative correspondence.  AMG executives serve as registered lobbyists for a number of clients (either in combination with management services or specific lobbying contracts). AMG executives are registered lobbyist only in Idaho, but maintain a close-working relationship with Idaho Congressional offices on federal issues.
Print Design:  AMG provides in-house design to provide their clients with print materials specific to their needs and organization.  AMG produces a wide variety and style of newsletters, brochures, posters, invitations, postcards, flyers, annual reports, advertisements, programs, and directories.
Financial Management:  The combined efforts of our executives and financial staff, allows AMG to provide clients with bookkeeping services, financial reports, investment of financial resources, budgeting, and fundraising.  The bookkeeper at AMG is bonded and all funds secured and protected. Many AMG clients are audited annually or biannually. Financial reporting can be designed to meet the needs and styles of each client served.
Membership Records:  The staff of AMG manages membership databases from 50 to 12,500 providing current membership status, contact information, and rosters of boards of directors information. Several clients request production of membership directories, some with advertisers. AMG takes great pride in maintaining accurate, complete and protected historical records and information for clients.
